Limited legal services are often referred to as “unbundled” legal services. This means that I provide only a limited scope of legal services to you as requested and purchased by you. My relationship with you will not exceed the limited scope of work we have agreed to perform on your behalf. Clients are too often unable or unwilling to pay high hourly rates just to meet with an attorney in person when they only have a general legal questions, need a simple legal document, or need basic legal guidance. Once you have registered we will do a conflict of interests check to make sure we can legally represent you. In most situations you must be a Utah resident or have a legal matter within the jurisdiction of Utah in order to use our services. As part of the registration process you will be required to accept our Limited Retainer Agreement. Once you are accepted as a client of our office, you will gain access to your own “My Legal Affairs” secure web space. Within this space you can do any of the following: • Purchase completed legal documents combined with legal advice • Purchase legal advice by phone or e-mail • Communicate with your Attorney in a safe and secured environment • Upload documents for independent review by an Attorney • Archive copies of your completed document
